The Regional Spelling Bee was held at Ewen Trout School on February 16th. We had one school winner from 5th - 8th grades participate in the event. They were Haylee Kulak (5th), Ellie Buerger (6th),Haily Peterson (7th), and Madeline Ranta (8th). The following students are moving on to the finals on March 9 in Ishpeming. They are Madeline Ranta (champion), Ellie Buerger (champion). and Haylee Kulak (second place). Congratulations to all of the participants. Great job representing Ironwood!
